Abstract
Hepatic veno-occlusive disease and idiopathic interstitial pneumonitis are major causes of morbidity and mortality after bone marrow transplantation. Fibrosis is a characteristic of both conditions, and transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) has been implicated in the pathogenesis of fibrosis.Keywords
