Abstract
Hyaluronidase preparations were made from filtrates of bovine testis, Clostridium welchii, streptococci, and pneumococci. All these enzymes gave a positive spreading reaction in guinea pig skin and a satisfactory polysaccharide disaggregation test, but there was no evidence of any activity when injd. into the intact rabbit cornea or into the isolated ox cornea. Keywords
