Abstract
The Landau surface for the triangle diagram touches the physical region at three points. The consequences of this singlar-matrix element for several processes are studied. It is found that there should be peaks in cross sections at the edge of phase space. These peaks depend sensitively ont the incident energy and are distinguished in this way from genuine resonances. Keywords
