Abstract
Although isoelectric focusing has been used to demonstrate the presence of oligoclonal IgG in the CSF, the technique has not allowed detection of oligoclonal IgG in unconcentrated CSF. A new technique is reported, by which unconcentrated CSF is separated by isoelectric focusing, and the IgG bands are then detected by radioimmunofixation.
