Abstract
The radioimmunoassay for methamphetamine, an antihypnotic agent in urine of man was established by use of the 125I-labeled derivative of N-[3-(p-hydroxyphenylacetylamino)propyl]-methamphetamine in sensitivity of 8.0 ng/100 .mu.I. The antigen binding capacity of the antiserum prepared from N-carboxymethyl-methamphetamine-BSA [bovine serum albumin] was determined by a new method of immunoassay using fluorescence labeled N-(3-dansylaminopropyl)methamphetamine (fluoroimmunoassay). The specificity of the antibody was examined by its cross reaction with several methamphetamine analogs. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
