Abstract
A dose-response curve was obtained for the stimulation by phytohaemagglutinin of lymphocytes of twenty-five normal human adults. Increase in the lymphocyte content of the culture (50–90%) produced an overall reduction of response which still fell within the normal limits. The curve is shown to be valuable in the routine investigation of patients with suspected immune deficiency. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
