Abstract
The electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of the ground states of Ge3+, Sn3+, and Pb3+ in ZnSe are reported. Ligand superhyperfine structure has been observed for Ga2+ in ZnS, and optically induced population inversion in the ground levels of Ga2+ and Tl2+ is discussed.
