Abstract
The presence of carbohydrate residues on the outer surface of PMN granules has been demonstrated by the use of ricin-conjugated ferritin. The binding of the lectin was inhibited by alpha-lactose. No difference in the binding densities of azurophil or specific granules was observed. Keywords
