Abstract
The purified, skin-reactive preparation from ipecacuanha, recently reported by the authors could be divided into 3 fractions by precipitation at pH 6,0,4.0, and 1.5. These fractions contained the same protein moiety, but varied in carbohydrate content. They all remain reactive in the skin of persons allergic to ipecacuanha. Keywords
