Influence de la 5-hydroxytryptamine et de la réserpine sur les réactions vasculaires allergiques du lapin

Abstract

The vascular reaction of the sensitized rabbit to the local application of homologous antigen is not influenced by the local or intravenous treatment with 5-hydroxytry-ptamine. Reserpine diminishes these reactions for a few hours. The antagonists for the 1st agent, promethazine and dihydroergotamine, do not influence the allergic reactivity tested.
