Carcinoma of the Lip

Abstract
CARCINOMA of the lip is a common tumor that is readily diagnosed and can nearly always be cured if properly treated soon after it develops. A difference of opinion has existed in the literature about whether radiation or surgery is the preferred method of treatment.
