Abstract
The enzymatic breakdown of polymetaphosphate of very high molecular weight with an enzyme from Aspergillus niger was studied. A method of enzyme activity based on viscosity measurements was given. The influence of enzyme concentration, substrate concentration, ionic strength and pH on the breakdown velocity was studied. Some physico-chemi-cal data on the enzyme prepn. involved were given. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
