Abstract
By observing the radioactivity induced in glass samples bombarded by monoenergetic neutrons from the reaction, the excitation function and the absolute cross section for the reaction have been measured for neutron energies from 4.4 to 8.0 Mev. In this energy region several resonances were found and the maximum cross section was measured to be 0.37 barn.
