Raman spectra of SinGem superlattices: Theory and experiment

Abstract
We discuss the Raman spectra of SinGem short‐period superlattices both theoretically and experimentally. A lattice dynamical model is used to generate spectra which are compared to experimental results. This comparison is useful for determining superlattice periods and detecting interface roughness.Keywords
