Abstract
A two-state model of the lowest Landau level, which includes only interband scattering, is investigated. The localization properties are studied numerically based on the iterative Green function method. The singularity of the density of states at the band center is examined in addition to the study of the localization length exponent. Other extended states located away from the band center are also discussed. © 1996 The American Physical Society. Keywords
