Abstract
Neuronal activity was recorded simultaneously from hippocampus and medical or lateral septum during classical conditioning of the rabbit nictitating membrane response. Although similarities exist between hippocampal and lateral septal patterns of activity, medial septal unit discharges indicate a different role during learning. This publication has 34 references indexed in Scilit:
