Abstract
The effect of fluoroacetate on citrate oxidation by mitochondrial systems was investigated. The apparent competitive nature of this inhibition was demonstrated with citrate concentrations of 0.01-0.0033[image]. Below 0.0033[image] citrate concentration the inhibition is non-competitive.Keywords
