Abstract
The response of lymphocytes to phytohaemagglutinin was tested as an index of lymphocyte function in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in remission. No significant differences were found in the results of tests on lymphocytes from patients treated with B.C.G. and those from patients given methotrexate, nor was any difference detected between patients and controls. Keywords
