Abstract
We have performed an experiment on inelastic scattering at National Accelerator Laboratory to study the reaction . We cover the range in from 0.019 to 0.17 by measuring the low-energy recoiling protons. The range in measured is from 0 to 60 Ge. The "diffractive" cross section is determined to be in the range mb. Unexpected behavior is observed at low for Ge.
