Abstract
We have performed a thick-target particle- coincidence experiment to measure , the quadrupole moment of the second state, of . We have also determined of by an independent method involving particle spectroscopy. Neither the rotation-vibration nor the asymmetric rotor model can explain the results. Kumar-Baranger calculations agree with the trend.
