A sporotrichoid-like Mycobacterium kansasii infection of the skin treated with minocycline hydrochloride

Abstract
A sporotrichoid-like M. kansasii [human] skin infection is reported. This is the 5th reported case in the English literature of dermatological manifestations of M. kansasii infection and the 1st reported case of response to minocycline hydrochloride therapy.
