Abstract
The second-order Raman spectra of crystalline InP have been investigated at 77 and 300K and the decomposition into the Gamma 1, Gamma 12 and Gamma 15 components performed between 10 and 700 cm-1. Several determinations of the one-phonon density of states in InP are deduced from the second-order scattering of crystalline samples or from the first-order scattering of mechanically perturbed and ion-implanted samples. Keywords
