Abstract
A modified, one-stage cephalin method for antihemophilic A factor was used. Use of the method necessitated careful control of the contact influence of the glass but under proper conditions yielded reproducible results. The plasma levels of antihemophilic A factor showed good correlation with the clinical severity of the disease. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
