Abstract
Adrenocortical steroids were extracted from 2.0 ml. blood plasma by partition chromatography and measured with a micropolarographic technique. 80-90% recovery was obtained with added steroids. Normal values (mg./100 ml. plasma) were: 11-17-hydroxycorticosterone, 8.4. Values were increased by pregnancy and ACTH.Keywords
