Abstract
The effect of scavenger reactivity in a hot reaction zone is considered using the model and symbolism of the kinetic theory of hot atom reactions. Expressions are derived which enable the extent of scavenger interference to be estimated from experimental scavenger curves, and a simple method of correcting available kinetic theory parameters is given. Keywords
