Abstract
Neurological disorders associated with M. pneumoniae infections were studied in 9 patients during the 1980 epidemic in Saint-Etienne, France. There were 5 cases of acute polyneuritis, 2 with lymphocytic meningitis, 1 with bilateral optic neuritis and 1 with mild encephalitis seen. Causal relationships were examined with respect to serological, biological, therapeutical and epidemiological data.
