Abstract
The modification described here involves fixing the material in 10% formalin for at least a week, macerated in 2% sodium hydroxide in an oven at 38°C, stained in dilute alizarin solution and finally stored in glycerin. The whole process for a specimen up to 3 cm. long requires less than a month. Keywords
