A new Chemiluminometric Method for the Determination of Glycerol in Wine by Flow Injection Analysis with Immobilised Glycerol Dehydrogenase in Combination with NADH Oxidase

Abstract
A new chemiluminometric method for the determination of glycerol in wine by FIA is presented. The method is based on the combination of immobilised glycerol dehydrogenase and NADH oxidase. It is compared with common methods of glycerol determinations in wine.
