Abstract
Estrogenic, androgenic, and gonadotropic activity were demonstrated in wheat germ oil, solvent-extracted at low temps. with ethylene dichloride. These effects were not found in rancid wheat germ oil. Tocopherols were likewise ineffective. The active principles are ketonic[long dash].Keywords
