Abstract
In this paper we predict new possible M1 - E1 Stark interference effects which should appear in nS - n' S M1forbidden transitions when a static magnetic field crossed with the static electric field is applied. In particular it becomes possible to measure the ratio M1/E1 Stark directly on the fluorescence intensity. These effects are also of importance for the problem of systematic errors in Parity Violation experiments and give new ways of calibrating the PV signalKeywords
