Abstract
The singular behavior of the susceptibility near wave vector , which is characteristic of long-range dipolar interactions, has been observed in a neutron-scattering study of . Quantitative agreement with mean-field theory is obtained at temperatures . In a rather broad critical region, , the divergent part of follows a power law with and .
