Comment on the Spin of the 5.46-MeV Level ofO19

Abstract

The neutron width of the unbound 5.46-MeV state in ${}_{}{}^{19}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{O}$ and its strength in the ${}_{}{}^{18}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{O}\mathrm{}(d,p)\mathrm{}{}_{}{}^{19}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{O}$ reaction are consistent only with $J^{\pi }={\frac{3}{2}}^{+}$.
