Abstract
Blood sugar and Hb detns. were made before, during and after "hunger periods" on 6 human subjects. The hunger periods were detd. by the balloon-water manometer method, the blood sugar by the Miller-Van Slyke method. The blood sugar level ranged between 85 and 90 ragm.% indicating that there was no causal relationship between the blood sugar level and hunger contraction. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
