Abstract
Using time-resolved techniques, absorption recovery, and degenerate four-wave mixing, we directly observe the nonexponential intensity-dependent recombination of free carriers photoexcited in semiconductor-doped glasses. We assign this behavior to Auger recombination.Keywords
