Abstract
478 patients were each given 1 of 4 oral cholecystographic contrast media, Biloptin, Telepaque and 2 preparations of Osbil. The 4 media are compared with regard to the toxic reactions encountered, the degree of opacification of the gall-bladder, the visualization of the bile-duct system and the presence or absence of contrast medium in the bowel. The findings are compared with those of other workers. Keywords
