Thiabendazole Therapy for Creeping Eruption

Abstract
The authors are reporting the third case of creeping eruption that they have treated with thiabendazole. All cases responded very remarkably within 12 hours. The case presented was treated with a single oral dosage of 50 mg/kg in a flavored suspension. Lesions on the sole are very difficult to treat by freezing therapy, but they responded rapidly to thiabendazole. No further movement of the larvae occurred after the initiation of therapy.
