Multiple-Scattering Calculation ofπ-Nucleus Scattering near the 3-3 Resonance

Abstract
The -nucleus interaction near the -nucleon 3-3 resonance is examined by use of multiple-scattering theory. -nucleus total cross sections are calculated and are found to be in agreement with experimental data. Multiple-scattering effects are found to be important for this agreement.
