Abstract
Acromegaly and pregnancy are reviewed under the following headings; (a) the anterior pituitary in (normal) pregnancy, (b) transient "acromegaly of pregnancy," (c) acromegaly developing during and after pregnancy, (d) menstrual and genital changes in acromegaly, (e) pregnancy occurring in acromegalic women. The 33 cases collected from the literature are analyzed, and a 34th case is reported.Keywords
