Abstract
YBa2Cu3O7-x films were prepared on SrTiO3 (100) at 850 degrees C by chemical vapour deposition using beta -diketone metal chelate as source materials. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the YBa2Cu3O7-x films showed distinct peaks of (001) with weak peaks of (h00). The superconducting transition temperature defined by zero resistivity was 91.5 K. Transport critical-current density at 77.3 K and 0 T was 2.0*106 A cm-2.Keywords
