Abstract
As detd. by rat growth methods, white flour, national wheatmeal and wholemeal were poor sources of riboflavin, while wheat germ was 3 times as rich, and bran twice as rich. B6 and the filtrate factor were more evenly distributed throughout the grain. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
