Regional localization ofCCG1 gene which complements hamster cell cycle mutation BN462 to Xq11?Xq13

Abstract
The human CCG1gene, which complements the temperature-sensitive hamster cell cycle mutations BN462 and ts13, has recently been cloned and shown to be located on the X chromosome (1). We have used somatic cell hybrids segregating portions of multiple X-autosome translocations to localize this gene to the Xq11 to Xq13 region of the human X chromosome.
