Abstract
Ferroelectric thin film compositions in the PLZT system were prepared from water-soluble acetate precursors. Dip coated, multilayer thin films were applied to various substrates, pyrolyzed at 700°C and characterized in regard to dielectric and ferroelectric properties.Keywords
